Bug Description

Create scripts/system for synchronizing between github, archive.org CVS and development machines. Goal is for git to be primary place for development with scripts to push to dev hosts and archive.org CVS.

This has legal implications, due to BookReader being licensed under the AGPL, which requires corresponding source code to be readily available. If there are changes made to the instance running on archive.org, which aren't promptly reflected in the source code linked (indirectly) from each page -- that's a problem...
