Bug Description

Noticed that the book itself has become smaller in the last design iteration of the Reader. Seems to me the book itself should be front and centre, and as large as possible.

Also, if the reader is embedded in a site that has lots of chrome (Korea stuff?), the book reader is made even smaller.

Consider:
- vertical alignment of toolbar
- search as a pop-up option, rather than the column layout
- a "show in full screen" option in the toolbar that opens the book in a new window, as large as possible, and resizable.

Raj brought up that pop-ups are sometimes frowned upon, but, IMHO, it's totally fine if it's a user action.

Notice that this request is about 10 years old, but I support this idea for the 2019 version of the book reader, very much miss the full screen tab from the previous version.
