Bug Description
There is some CSS styling information that is embedded in GnuBook.js rather than being in GnuBook.css. Much of this is positional information, which is probably fine to leave in the code. However, there are some colors and icon URLs that are in the code; these settings should likely be moved into GnuBook.js to ease customization by those who may want to give GnuBook a customized look.
