Bug Description
zoom in and zoom out in 2page mode could pop to 1 page mode to zoom in.
(probably better than graying out).
when zooming in, maybe have a busy indicator before the page comes down
(I am in michigan and it is not instantanous, especially when huge).
When fully zoomed in or out, then grey out the icon that does not work.
oh, and icons rather than text.
