Bug Description

Please add support for connection properties. Some of the drivers we wrap require connection properties - without them we cannot use BoneCP.

Here's one usecase. We would like to set the v$session.program propertie internal to the oracle thin driver.
There is no way to pass this information with the server.xml of a tomcat.
