Bug Description

I create simple contentprovider "mytest" and try use in ZPT:

<tal:block content="provider:mytest"/>

result: crash
....
  File "/home/os/WORK/Zope3.3/lib/python/zope/contentprovider/tales.py", line 57, in __call__
    view = econtext.vars['view']
KeyError: 'view'
.....

solution: in zope/contentprovider/tales.py", line 57:
     view = econtext.vars.get('view')
