Editor should close after publishing

Bug Description
Using BloGtk2, the editor doesn't close after clicking "Publish." This means the status on the main window is missed, and users may think the post was not published - which could lead to multiple postings by new users.

I may add an option to select whether the editor window closes after a post or not. The choice of leaving the editor open was deliberate -- it makes it easy to change a post if there are any problem/typos, or for liveblogging events. But there is a good argument that is confusing for users. I will investigate what works best from a simplicity standpoint.
