Blog ID should be replaced by titles of blogs

Bug Description
When setting up a blog, the "Blog ID" (with number 1) is incomprehensible. No blog "IDs" are present on the website (Wordpress.com in this case); finding the proper blog among multiple blogs was by chance.
Should be able to choose a blog from a drop-down list of titles of blogs present.
