Bug Description
When I click Save in BloGTK it pops open a save as dialog with an empty filename and a .blogtk extension.
Can I suggest that this is made more sane, please? Here's how it could work:
- user chooses Save draft (or just Save) from the File menu
- BloGTK saves a copy *automatically* with a filename based on the post title, if it exists, or Untitled <n> if not, into a drafts folder... since most GNOME users will have a Documents folder in the home directory this could be Documents/Blog posts
- Settings for draft saving (location, always prompt for filename) and automatic saving of work-in-progress could be added to Preferences.

Still exists and annoying since if you save without entering anything in the dialog it saves the file as ".blogtk" which is hidden!
