Bug Description
1. Go to the front page. <https:/
2. Ctrl+click / Command+click on any of the article links.
What happens:
* The article opens in a new window/tab.
* The article also opens in the current window/tab.
What should happen:
* The article opens in a new window/tab.
* Nothing happens in the current window/tab.
