can not resize image

Bug Description
The images that are inserted in the editor, can not be resized.
We need to resize the image by dragging the corner of the image,
so that the image fits in the blog.

Resizing images is done via the media list under the visual editor, By right clicking on the image icon on the list and selecting "Edit properties" from the menu.
But we plan to add resizing ability via dragging image corners, or another handy approach, after 1.0 release.
