Bug Description
1.) assignment of cash discount accounts in payment terms seems redundant since they've been introduced to the partner object
2.) cash discount is missing "Number of Days" and "Day of the Month" like the standard terms got, so you can't make a payment term like "3% cash discount until 15th of next month"
