Bug Description
This report is directed to Kilo.
Since back in Kilo, each of the plugins would initate the NSS database, this would result in an error and thus a failure to initiate the plugin that would be started second. This found in the effort to get Dogtag into the gate, and finally fixed in this commit: https:/
