Bug Description
Right now there are no options to activate silent and flight mode quickly from the lock-screen, a user has to unlock the phone first (in the worst case scenario, by entering a long passphrase in a slightly tensed situation). The pop up menu that appears after long pressing the power button currently contains shut down, restart and cancel options. There should be buttons to toggle silent, vibrate only, flight mode on/off.
For example in case of android:

These options are available from the indicators when locked by default, unless the setting to disable them has been used.
Are you asking to show them even when other access is disabled?
