Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1) Fresh install of Xubuntu 20.04
2) Open "Xfce4 Settings Manager"
3) Go to "Appearance"
4) Select the "Numix" theme
Result:
The Numix theme is not rendering correctly in Xubuntu 20.04.The side pane in Thunar should be grey, see the attached screenshot.
