in Baltix 2.5 partitions are not present on desktop

Bug Description
the partitions are not shown on Destop or computer:/// ,
but they are accessible throught /media/...
when installing (Baltix 2.5 based on edgy) we decided to name partitions differently than hda0, maybe it has some influence..
