svg files should open with Inkscape by default

Bug Description
svg files now by default open with eyeofgnome, but most of times I want to open svg file is for editing -- so I propose it's better to open it with Inkscape
Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'nautilus'; however, that package was not published in Baltix.
