Action links to delete a user and group in the "edit" form

The "edit user" view [1] (and "edit group") should have a shortcut / link to the delete form, just like with the "edit item" view [2].

The "new registration" email sent to the blog admin contains the "edit user" link and it would come in real handy to delete the user straight from there (instead of having to go to the user list, filter it by name, and delete from there).
