Bug Description
The feeds (tempskins _rss, _atom, etc) should provide a proper "Last-Modified" and maybe even an "Expires" header.
Currently Firefox fetches those feeds on every request! This might get prevented by taking such measures - although it's useful in any case.
Implemented a proof of concept for atom/rss2 now. Just committed it to trunk. Needs polishing.
