Bug Description
The sticky edges exist to allow revealing the launcher by pushing against the "middle" of the two monitors. You only reveal the launcher by pushing to the left. Therefore there is no reason to impede the mouse when it is moving to the right, since you can't reveal the launcher in this way.

With a program maximized on the left monitor, a sticky edge compensates for a narrow scroll bar.
