Bug Description
With unity coming soon ubuntu still lacks a full theme manager like kde.
Unity settings are only changeable in the compiz plugin manager and there is no an out of the box manager for that but all theme settings should be in one place. I know how much work unity is taking but you must consider this for future releases.
The thing is that all theme settings including unity settings must be at right click the empty desktop, appareances.

Hola Migueleonm. It should be possible to do either of the following:
1. In the top-left of the screen, open the Dash (or press <Super>)
2. Type "appearance"
3. Click "Appearances"
or:
1. In the top-right of the screen, click on the sesison menu
2. Select "Control Centre" or "System Settings"
3. Click "Appearances"
If either of those work for you, perhaps we could make this bug report just about Right-clicking on the desktop not working as you'd expect.
Would you be able to say why you believe it should be on a right-click menu on the desktop. Is it because this is a behaviour that you're used to from other operating systems, or from earlier versions of Ubuntu or Kubuntu?
