Launcher with autohide and global menu don't align correctly

Bug Description
Hi
What Happened:
1) Turn on the launcher autohide
2) Select the left most menu in the global menu
3) Press hold the super key to display the launcher
4) Note that there is a gap between the edge of the launcher and the edge of the global menu (this doesn't happen when autohide is Off)
What I expected to happen:
- I expected at step 4 for there to be no gap between the edge of the launcher and the edge of the global menu.
Note: I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.
Hope this can be fixed soon.

I actually believe that's an outline around the unity launcher. its also visible on the desktop as well. see the screenshot
