Bug Description
Amazon offers 'cloudwatch' [1] to get information about instances while they're running.
Crawling available information for an instance and storing it would be possibly useful for historical information.
The one thing I can think of that would be dynamic would be to check total network traffic and possibly take action in response. Ie, if a user seemed to be just wasting large amounts of network bandwidth (and thus, the awstrial runner's money), you could cut them off.
