Taskmanager: d&d a launcher icon moves other icons round

Bug Description
When I drag and drop a launcher icon to a different place in the taskmanager, other icons move to other (random) positions. See attached video after 0:42.
I managed only to reproduce it if I had a couple (2) paths to non-existing .desktop files in launcher_paths.

I just tried to reproduce it again and it really seems to happen if launcher_paths contains paths to non-existing .desktop files. So please try this on your system.
