make option to skip task bar for some windows

For future reference, the taskmanager applet is part of the Awn project, so future bugs should be filed there.

This feature request seems like it works around behavior that should be implemented in the applications that create tasks/windows. Perhaps the applications in question should be sent bug reports instead?

In general I tend to agree with Mark that this tends request tends to be a workaround for other applications net setting the skip taskbar hint on their windows. Given that observation please feel free to give a use case for this desired behaviour.
