Spotlight effect has no reflection

Bug Description
The spotlight effect for icons does not have a reflection. If the purpose of the reflection effect is to emulate a mirror, then it should reflect everything.

Actually, the purpose of the reflection effect is to simply reflect the icons of tasks and launchers. The reflection effect may be enhanced for 0.3, but there is no definite timeline or roadmap for it.
