Version: 0.4.1~bzr1522+201104222118
Source: http://ppa.launchpad.net/awn-testing/ppa/ubuntu
OS: Ubuntu Maverick (10.10)

On startup I was getting this error. My laptop has two batteries and when I booted my laptop one of them was completely discharged. I'm sure it has something to do with this fact because once the main battery was fully charged and charging started on the second battery I was able to restart the applet and it worked just fine.

When you managed to restart the applet, which battery was selected in the preferences window? The main battery or the second (that has begun charging)?

I'll have to test it tomorrow and see what it shows. Today my main battery has decided to stop charging so I will have to see how well it will work. If I have problems I will need to wait until I can get a new battery before I can test again.
