Weather applet: Network error

This seems an instance of the usual: the weather applet not reporting weather correctly due to the URL of the weather forecast data changed recently. Few edits to the code, like mentioned here (http://www.snowman.idv.tw/awn-applet-weather-network-error-weathercould-not-retrieve-weather-data-you-may-be-experiencing-connectivity-issues), should do the trick (did for me).
