Restart option on power button menu does not restart

Bug Description
M10 tablet.. OTA10.1
Press power button till menu appears
Select restart.
What actually happens is screen goes black.
Put the machine down to see what happens
Still black an hour later
Have to hold power button for 10 seconds, theen press again.. It does a normal startup.
The battery has run down while left.
Care to nominate a log file?

OK, thats 4 tries out of 4 that restart doesn't
Lets try the phone.. BQ4.5. - nope, that works as expected (though my phone is now displaying a 'failed to update' for the sync service, so now I can't use it).. But it did restart, and quickly.
