When given a path autopilot filters out tests as the path doesn't match the test id

In autopilot.run._filter_tests any found tests from a passed path will be filtered out as myapp.tests.cooltest will never 'startwith' '/some/path/to/tests/myapp'.

Need to filter differently when given a path and not a python module name.
