Received-SPF has a completely different structure. It's out of scope for this module, so wontfix. Thanks for the suggestion though.
I don't think it's possible to do this in an elegant way given the current structure of the code. If someone wants to propose a patch, I'll review it, but I'll warn anyone up front that I'm sceptical.
