Bug Description

Thanks to ubuntu-restricted-extras being uninstalled by default Noise and Audience produce useless error messages when trying to play/import files without the proper codecs installed. It should produce a meaningful error message pointing to a usefull solution instead.

Noise already has a dialog that helps install any missing codecs.
