Bottom Bar doesn't always fade out in Fullscreen

Bug Description
As above, the bottom bar with seeking position, settings, etcetera, etcetera, is supposed to fade out in fullscreen after a few seconds of no mouse or keyboard input being detected. Currently, however, this does not occur every time, and is fairly unreliable, causing a relatively distracting experience when attempting to watch a video fullscreen.
