Bug Description

Section 6.3 of the user manual is wrong or maybe just outdated. It mentions that :defsystem-depends-on only accepts a list of system names whereas in fact, it seems to accept a regular "dependency-def" token (including :feature, and stuff).

This seems to be correct: both of these properties are parsed by PARSE-DEPENDENCY-DEFS.

I'm not going to try to fix this before the 3.1.5 release, though.
