Bug Description
The Cyborg Reaper unit uses a weapon which holds infantry down by a net for an amount of time. This net disables the infantry image and showed a squirming troop under the net. After so long, the infantry would be freed.
Any way to restore this?

As far as I know, FS and RA2 were developed at the same time, meaning they are different branches of the TS engine - iow, there is no way to directly "restore" any FS logic, because it was never in RA2's engine in the first place.
Directly copying the code assembly-wise would likely be difficult, if not impossible due to different structures.
The only way I can see from my amateurish point of view would be reverse engineering the logic in the FS exe, translating it to C++ code, and inserting that into RA2 through Ares.
Which, if you didn't figure, is work- and time-intensive.
I am sure if you do the grunt work and reverse engineer the original logic, D will happily hook in the provided C++ code, but given him being tied up at work, I don't see him crawling into FS's exe any time soon.
(As a side note, remember that Syringe/YR++ allows you to inject your own DLL...you can do this yourself.)
