Bug Description
Here it would be really cool to use on mind control.
The idea is that the tags would make the unit hit by the warhead keep taking damage.
RisidualDamage=5 ;5 damage every...
RisDamageFrames=15 ;second - 15 frames for...
RisDamageMaxFra
There could also be tags like...
RisDamageForeve
RisDamageUntilR
RisDamageUntilD
The list for those could go on, maybe even...
