outdated link to query "Tech Support" misleads users

Bug Description
At the archive.org contacts page, http://
left hand sidebar "Tech Support" link generates an email with header "Tech Support"
while the remainder of the Contacts page is updated to reflect that archive.org does not provide Tech Support services, this sidebar remains with the outdated information. This misleads users into querying for tech support by email, instead of going directly to FAQs and Forums for the accumulated wisdom of the crowds.
