window minmize, maximize and close buttons apear on the right, not left, as advertized

Bug Description

The minimize, maximize and close buttons are appearing on the far right of the title bar of windows. They should appear on the left to be true to the Aqua dream.

Can you make another screenshot please? I didn't see metacity buttons in this one.
Can you tell me which version of ubuntu are you using too?
Have you the same problem with Ambiance/ Radiance?
