Bug Description
I want some way to tell apport which user reports root's crashes.
Use case:
Sometimes, like when a package upgrade fails, root gets a crash report.
Current behavior:
Since I never log in as root I'm never notified that there is a bug to report, and the bug never gets reported.
Expected behavior:
I have told apport that my ordinary user ("johan") should handle root's crash reports. Therefore I (johan) get a notification just like when some desktop app crashes, and I can report the bug on behalf of root.
