Please strip root directory (from sandbox) from stack traces

Bug Description
When using a sandbox directory, the root directory of the sandbox can be seen in the stack traces. Since these paths are not useful in the trace, please remove it.

I don't think this would have any effect on the Error Tracker but that should be confirmed before using the new version of apport.
