Bug Description

whoopsie 0.2.24.6 amd64 Ubuntu error tracker submission

Currently (14.04.2 lts xubuntu) when whoopsie catches an error and shows a dialog:
 - the user cant resize the dialog (has to scroll both horizontally and vertically)
 - the user is unable to copy the contents of the report
 - can't do anything usable it the package is not an official ubuntu package

 Suggested features:
 - the dialog should be resizeable even to full screen
 - the user should be able to individually copy each item in the report, or even multi-select items to copy to clipboard
 - there should be a button at the bottom of the dialog "Copy report to clipboard"
 - there should be a button at the bottom of the dialog "Save contents to a file" (supposedly xml file)
 - there should be a button at the bottom of the dialog "Send report in email" (write the xml to a tmp file then start the default email editing program with parameters to attach the file)

These three buttons could be "hidden" under an "advanced options" slider/button/checkbox something.

I think this way external developers could handle bugreports in a more advanced way, and fix bugs faster and better that would help the ubuntu community and ecosystem too.

(Idea: the packages could contain a github url to submit the bugs to, so developers of not ubuntu official packages like ROS.org could receive the bugreports, they don't even know about today.)

 Thank you
