add --browser option to apport to choose browser

When invoking apport through ubuntu bug or apport-cli to report bugs can there be a --browser command line option to allow the user a choice of browser to report the bugs in. This will make it easier to work around if a browser crashes and you cannot report bugs and for users that havemultiple browsers which is a hard problem to tell if it succeeeds but if there was a command line option there would be an easy workaround. Also this feature will allow testers to report bugs against firefox or other defualt browser if they have a problem. I don't think having testers quit in frustration not able to file a bug leads to better quality of ubuntu which is the point of apport.
