Bug Description

I would build this library and place it in the [Qt folder]/Tools/QtCreator/lib/Qt/plugins/platformthemes folder in order to get the global menu.. This worked up until Qt 5.6 with Qt Creator 4.0.0 and stopped working when Qt 5.7 / Qt Creator 4.0.2 was released.
