I can't use PayPal to pay for software in AppCenter

Bug Description

I don't have a Credit Card, nor do I have the inclination to get one. I do have a PayPal-account which I use for most of my international purchases. I love this pay-what-you-want model of the AppCenter, but unfortunately in this version, I can't pay what I want :-(

AppCenter is using Stripe for payment, so I am afraid that paying with PayPal is not possible.

Could this change in the future? Because this potentially is a significant loss in revenue.

Obviously, I can't speak for elementary OS, but I feel like this is an edge case.
