The documentation is too sparse. We should update this and include a *working* example, maybe using login.ubuntu.com.

Yes, this hit us today and cost us several hours of time (two webops and I failed to
correctly configure a site based on the documentation.)
The biggest thing was that the fact that you need two location blocks was not documented.
