Bug Description
Whenever loading the login page, apache-openid repeats this message in the apache error log:
Failed to fetch allowed OP URL None
It doesn't seem to do any harm, but it is pretty irritating from a debugging and/or system administration point of view.
It seems to be complaining that I am not using the allowed-op-list-url option, which isn't explained well in the README. Is there some reason it is considered an error not to use this option? What effect does the option have on authentication?
