Bug Description
OpenERP 8 (future Odoo) require port reservation and argument passing both for bin/test_openerp and for openerpcommand
This should be made directly as argument even for bin/test_openerp, because we don't want to wait for a long buildout time (race condition) and prefer to do the reservation right before the launch of the actual test command.
