A parser for HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE (and mime-type stuff) would be nice.

Fwiw, if someone is interested in implementing this, the proper place would be in AnewtRequest.

Oh, and the same logic could also be used for e.g. Accept-Type detection.
