Bug Description

using the albatross version that's standard in xubuntu karmic, gnome-system-monitor's whole window (including menubar) is semi-transparent. (see screenshot) even if focused.

in xfce4-terminal the transparency only affects the menubar. (this might be a different bug)

(oh, and: i'm using xfwm4's built-in compositor, not compiz)

This is actually because this app uses rgba transparency, it is not linked
to the theme. There is nothing to do except ask for a user setting or
disable your compositor.

I guess you're right. The only point I'd make here: for the sake of consistency, why don't you disable rgba transparency in the theme? (If - as it seems to me - there are only so few apps that support/make use of this feature...)
