Bug Description

Hi

I experience a bug with the GUI for user management in ubuntu 10.10. I therefor use 'Preferences' -> 'Main menu' (package name: 'alacarte') to show me the name of the user management application. alacarte glady shows me - see attachment 'package users-admin DOES exist.png'

Then I go to the terminal and do:

loldrup@explab:~$ ubuntu-bug users-admin

This promts me an error. See attachment 'Package users-admin does not exist.png'

ps. the missing window title bars and borders in the screenshots is another bug. It occurs randomly on my computer. I am not the type of user who does weird things to my Ubuntu installation, and that behavior occurred right from the beginning of the life of my ubuntu installation (10.10)

Thank you for taking your time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
You're misunderstanding something though. 'users-admin' is the application command, NOT the package name:
$ which users-admin
/usr/bin/users-admin
$ dpkg -S /usr/bin/users-admin
gnome-system-tools: /usr/bin/users-admin

So the package you want to report a bug about is gnome-system-tools, to do that you can either use
ubuntu-bug /usr/bin/users-admin
or
ubuntu-bug gnome-system-tools
that 'ubuntu-bug /usr/bin/users-admin' works but 'ubuntu-bug users-admin' does not is tracked in bug 447751.
I'll close the apport task in case you want alacarte to also show the package name, but that's not it's job in my opinion.
